I'm a specialist in employee experience with a focus on employee engagement and mental health and wellbeing. As a trained mental health first aider and neurodiversity champion I have successfully crafted and implemented wellbeing strategies, and managed teams of cross-functional wellbeing champions to drive positive workplace outcomes.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, am qualified to CIPD Level 7 and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. I am currently studying for a Masters in Psychology.
