I know how lonely and challenging it can be working in HR sometimes. I can provide a knowledgeable sounding board, advising, and guiding you through career progression or supporting you through a tough time in your role.
I also provide some free mentoring / coaching for HR professionals through the CIPD. Mentors / coaches are normally assigned February-April time and work with individuals for a period of 6-9 months. If you are interested in this you will need to apply through your local CIPD branch.
Sometimes what you're looking for doesn't fit neatly into a box and there's often an overlap between coaching / mentoring / career development.
